Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, resolving conflicts and enhancing engagement.
• Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and career development plans.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and reward programs.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions.
• HR Analytics: Track metrics (attrition, hiring trends) to drive decisions.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives to foster an equitable workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. [SHRM/PHR certification preferred.]
• Experience: [10+] years in HR, with [5] years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge: Expertise in labor laws, HR software (e.g., SAP system), and best practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and empathy.
