Job Title: Team Lead Location: Mardan Department: Operations & Maintenance Services Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage operations, service, and maintenance team Ensure KPI targets are achieved and maintained Plan, monitor, and close PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) tasks on time Ensure timely service delivery and work quality Build, train, and motivate the service team Assign daily tasks and track team performance Ensure proper reporting and documentation Coordinate with management and field staff Job Requirements: Strong experience in operations and maintenance services Proven ability to achieve KPIs Hands-on experience with PM & CM activities Strong team leadership and team-building skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Prior experience as Team Lead / Supervisor preferred We Offer: Competitive salary package Supportive working environment Career growth opportunities
