Job Title: Tower Installation Project Manager

Location: Lahore

Role Purpose:

To lead, coordinate, and deliver end-to-end telecom tower installation projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, vendor management, and safe working practices across all sites.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage tower installation activities including civil works, tower erection, equipment installation, and site integration.
  • Ensure all projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Manage contractors, riggers, and vendors; resolve site issues and escalate risks proactively.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, material usage, and site progress through daily/weekly reporting.
  • Conduct site audits, verify BoQs, and ensure completion documentation (PAT/SAR/TSSR).
  • Liaise with internal teams (RF, Transmission, O&M) to ensure seamless handover and on-air readiness.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory, safety, and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in tower installation, telecom deployment, or field operations.
